Field Supervision is project construction progress monitoring conducted by the designer, to improve the quality and compliance of the relevant work with the project.
It includes regular visits to the construction site to verify conformity of construction, technological, technical, architectural and stylistic decisions made and agreed upon within the project documentation as part of integrated control aimed at successful implementation of the project within the given time frame, with the given parameters of quality, budget and in full compliance with approved shape of the object.
